Trouble – Norwegian Live EP, or simply Norwegian Live EP, is the fourth extended play by Coldplay. It consists of five tracks recorded live by the band at Rockefeller Music Hall in Oslo, Norway. The EP was released exclusively in Norway on 27 August 2001 as an associated record to the song "Trouble" — the third single on the Coldplay's debut studio album Parachutes — being the band's first-ever live release.

Background and release[]

The EP was recorded live during the Parachutes Tour at Rockefeller Music Hall, a small theatre sized venue in Oslo, Norway; the concert was attended by 1,300 people. Eight songs were played live, although only five made the record. The live version of "Don't Panic" was not included in any subsequent releases, while "Bigger Stronger" and "You Only Live Twice" were used as the B-Sides on the single release of "Don't Panic".

Regarding its exclusive release within the Norwegian territory, Will Champion jokingly stated “Phil wanted to give the exclusive to the EMI territory with the prettiest staff member.”[1]
