Mince Spies is the fifth extended play released by Coldplay. It is their first exclusive release of a Christmas record and consists of a cover of Hugh Martin and Ralph Blane's 1943 written song "Have Yourself a Merry Little Christmas" and a remix of "Yellow" held by English post-trip hop band Alpha. It was released on 30 November 2001 and given away to Coldplay's fan club members only as a CD during the Parachutes era, limited to 1000 copies.[1]
