It wasn't on purpose, def an accident. Though it seems sketchy as the paparazzo got another photographer in the distance to take pictures of the "incident", and even sued Chris 11 months after it.
The only thing is did Chris know he hit him? Cuz he kinda just drove off, but either way he shouldn’t have been in the way of the car and they were prob trying to make money from suing. So did he know he hit him?
